How to make an a exchange
To return, Customers must send an email to email@example.com, entitled "RETURN 'Order Number'" from the email address provided during the online purchase phase. Articles should be in perfect condition and be sent to the following address:

How much time do I have to return a product?
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer within 10 (ten) working days of the date of delivery of the products to the Customer or to a third party.
Do I have to pay to return a product?
Yes, all return costs are in charge of the customer.
How will I be refunded for the returned product?
Once the return has been approved – after receiving the returned product in perfect conditions and with internal tags – we will proceed with the refund via the same payment method that has the product has been paid - all shipping costs excluded.
How long will it take to be refunded for the returned product?
Once the refund has been approved, you will receive a return confirmation e-mail indicating the amount that will be credited to your account. It may take a few days but keep in mind that the allowance made to your credit card always depend on your bank and may take up to 14 business days.
